How Do I Use LYTES?

Take LYTES before, during, or after training to rehydrate and replenish lost electrolytes.

Adjust your water to customize LYTES to your liking.

Want it salty? Use 1 stickpacket with 8-10 oz water.

Want it sweet? Use 1 stickpacket with 12-14oz of water. Adding more water will dilute the saltiness and bring out the natural sweetness of the monk fruit.

Want it plain? Use 1 stickpacket with 20-24oz of water to dilute all flavors.
