I Used The Wrong Shipping Address, Can You Re-Ship My Order To a Different Address?

If we can catch it before it ships, we'll change the address free of charge (no guarantees).

If you have already received a tracking number, we are unable to make updates for you.

We recommend using your tracking information to get in touch with the respective mail carrier in order to either intercept or hold the item at the nearest mail center.

USPS allows one intercept per parcel, you can use their package intercept tool here: USPS Package Intercept
*All costs associated with intercepts are to be paid for by the customer.

If you're order has shipped via FedEx, you can use their app or website to either hold or update your delivery address, you can find more info here.

If the package is returned to us, you'll receive an automatic refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address.

If the package has been delivered to the incorrect address, we recommend going to the address with your tracking number to claim your package.

We do not replace or refund orders that were shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
