You are responsible for all costs associated with an incorrectly entered address. We do not replace shipments that are shipped to the wrong address because of a customer error. If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we can attempt to pull it from the queue (no guarantees). All returned shipments are automatically refunded and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
