If you're looking for a plant-based post workout option, we suggest adding carbohydrates to our Plant Protein powder.

Here's are some carbohydrate options to add into your Plant Protein:

  • 1/2 sweet potato = 12g
  • 1/2 C quinoa = 20g
  • 1 C rolled oats = 27g
  • 1 medium banana = 26g
  • 1 date = 18g 
  • 1 C blueberries = 20g
