Once you place an order, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email.
As soon as the team fulfills the order, you will receive a second email with your tracking information and expected delivery date.
Contrary to common belief, we do not hand deliver shipments. We rely on carriers and use their expected delivery times. They are only an estimate. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Most orders are processed same day, but please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed on holidays or over the weekend may need extra processing time.
