My Order Is Missing

If you're tracking information states that your order was delivered, but you are unable to locate it, follow these steps:

  1. Depending on where your tracking shows it was left, check all other areas of your residence: mailbox, front porch, garage, etc.
  2. Confirm with everyone who resides at the residence if they have retrieved the package without your knowledge.
  3. Ask your neighbors if they received your order by mistake.
  4. We also recommend you ask your mail carrier if they remember where they placed it.
  5. Wait 36-48 hours. A lot of times, the post service will mark an item as delivered when it's still in transit.

Once you've exhausted the steps above, if you are still unable to track it down send us an email at support@athsport.co with your order number.

We will contact the carrier to conduct a geo-lookup on your package. If the carrier confirms it is indeed lost, we will replace it at our discretion. If the post office confirms that your order was successfully delivered and it was stolen from your address, we unfortunately cannot replace it for you. Your subsequent orders may require a signature.

Due to fraud, we do not refund missing/stolen shipments.
