Subscriptions

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, however, you will lose access to your recurring subscription discount. If you have a lot of product on hand, we suggest you “Skip” your next delivery or adjust your delivery schedules instead of canceling.
  • Can I have multiple addresses for my subscription?

    Yes! Click on the “Addresses” tab in your subscription portal → Click “Add Address”
  • How do I add a one-time product to my next subscription?

    Find an active subscription in your portal → Click on “EDIT” → Find the product you want to add → Select “Add One-Time”
  • How do I add a subscription to my existing subscription?

    Find an active subscription in your portal → Click on “EDIT” → Find the product you want to add → Select “Add Subscription”
  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    Find the active subscription that you’d like to cancel in your subscription portal → Click the product you’d like to cancel → Scroll down → “Cancel Subscription” can be found on the left side of the page.
  • How do I change the frequency of my subscription?

    Click on the “Delivery Schedule” tab → Click “Manage Subscription” → Click “Delivery Schedule” on the left hand side → Update your delivery by days, weeks, or months → Click “Update”
  • How do I manage my subscription?

    Login to your ATH Account. On the left hand side of the screen you will see “Manage My Subscriptions''. Click on this button and you will be taken to your subscription portal where you can manage your active and inactive subscriptions.
  • How do I skip a subscription?

    Click on the “Delivery Schedule” tab → Find the product you would like to skip → Click on the “Skip” button.
  • How do I swap products?

    View your Active Subscriptions → Find the product you’d like to swap →  Click on “EDIT” → On the left hand side of the page click on the”Product” tab → Click “Swap Product” on the fly out.
  • How do I update my billing info?

    Click on the “Billing Information” tab → Click on “Billing Address” → Edit Billing Address directly in the fly out → Click “Update”.
  • How do I update my shipping info?

    Click on the “Addresses” tab in your subscription portal → Click on the address you’d like to update → Edit Shipping Address directly in the fly out → Click “Update”
  • I can't access my account

    Access your account here. Make sure that you have created an account with us, before attempting to login. If you have not created your account yet, click the “Create Account” button.
  • Why can't I add a discount code to my subscription?

    Recurring subscriptions are automatically discounted by 15%. Additional discount codes are not applicable to subscriptions.
