Our guarantee is in place to make it easy to exchange or return our products, but certain limitations are required to be reasonable and fair to all our customers.
To prevent abuse, customers are eligible for one exchange a year on any open product. Anymore must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Entire orders, bundles, sample packs and volume packs are not covered by our exchange policy.
- Opened products may be returned for store credit or exchanged for equal or lesser value.
- Any unopened products may be returned minus a 15% restocking fee.
Email us within 30 days of your order and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA).
Please note that in order to return an unopened product, you need a RMA number.
Our returns policy does apply to all items. The below items are all sales final:
